I’d rather my dog be walked alone, is that possible?

Of course! We rather walk them alone to get that special bond with your pet. As well as to ensure we give your pet 110% of the attention.

What services do you offer?

Dog walking, cat sitting, puppy care, and petsitting. 

Do you have insurance and bond?

Yes we do and all of our walkers are covered under our insurance policy

What are your business hours?

Monday- Friday 7am-7pm, its preferred time for you to contact us. If you need Saturdays and Sundays dog walking, please make sure to contact us.

Will my pet always have the same walker?

We do try our best to provide your pet with the same dog walker. If on any occasion a dog walker requests a sick day or personal day, we do have other experience walkers for your pet's needs.

Will I get updated on my pet's walk/visit?

You will get picture/message updates upon arrival, during, and departure of the walk/visit.

Do you offer walking packages?

Yes. Make sure to contact us for more information and where to locate our package deals on our booking system. 

How do I set up a meet and greet?

You can email and/or call us at 201-492-2947 to set up a 'Meet-and Greet' 

If I have last minute change of plans, how is the cancellation or rescheduling process? 

You can cancel at any time, any of our services. However, If you cancel within the 24hour time frame, you will get refunded 50% of the service cost. Now, you can also reschedule, but you have until 24hour time frame of the scheduled service, for another day and time. After the 24hour frame, you wont be able to reschedule. You may contact us for further assistance.
